Standard lead time for a new spiral freezer belt is 18–25 working days after drawing confirmation and trial sample approval. Complex custom specifications may require additional time. You receive a weekly production update every Thursday — no need to chase us for status.

Yes — and it is a mandatory step in our process, not an optional add-on. No mass production begins without trial sample confirmation. We produce a sample section, send photos or physical sample for approval, and only proceed when you confirm 100% alignment with your specifications.

We hold SGS and TÜV certifications confirming food contact material safety for SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel. Mill certificates are available for every order. Third-party lab testing can be arranged on request. Surface finishing — acid washing, electrolytic polishing, ultrasonic cleaning — is documented and traceable.

Key measurements: belt width, pitch, wire diameter, and total belt length. If you can also note the drum diameter and drive side, that helps confirm fit. If you're unsure — just send a sample section or photos and we will measure and document everything for you at no charge.

Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For established partners, extended terms are available on discussion. We accept T/T bank transfer and L/C for larger orders. All transactions are documented with commercial invoice and packing list.

We ship via sea freight, air freight, China-Europe rail, and road transport depending on destination, urgency, and cost requirements. For urgent replacement orders, air freight is available. For OEM bulk orders, sea freight from Shanghai or Ningbo is standard. We handle full export logistics coordination.

Yes. Standard export documentation includes: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and material certificates. Form E (ASEAN), Form F, and other preferential origin certificates are available depending on destination. Customs HS code guidance is provided on request.

Standard replacement belts: 10–15 working days. New OEM project belts: 18–25 working days after sample approval. Self-stacker belts with custom pitch: 20–28 working days. Lead time confirmation is provided at order placement. Every Thursday you receive a production status update — production %, QC status, and estimated ship date.

Every Thursday, without exception, you receive a structured update covering: production completion percentage, QC inspection status, shipment scheduling, and estimated arrival. This is proactive — you never need to ask for a status update. The report continues until your order arrives at your warehouse.
